BurnResidency Ibiza 2015 Worldwide Top5 Finalist / Smolna Resident DJSimon Mattson is a DJ, producer and promoter from Warsaw, with more than twelve years of experience. Music Ambassador of Burn Energy Drink, also supported by Arturia's global brand. As part of the international Burn Residency competition in Ibiza, he entered the strict final of TOP5, which allowed him to perform in the worldwide famous clubs like Sankeys, Privilege and Do Not Sleep pre-party on Playa d'en Bossa beach. His music was published by prestigious music labels such as Glasgow Underground, ElRow Music, Be One Records, Bondage Music, Cubism, Re: Fresh Your Mind or Systematic Recordings. In his discography he has remixes for famous artists. Remix for Oxia was released at the french InFine Records, previously owned by Agoria. It turned out to be one of the best sellers in the label. The track was re-released on the compilation "InFine #Beatportdecade Techno" together with Carl Craig, Dominik Eulberg, Avatism and DOP. His undoubted successes include collaboration with house music legend - Sandy Rivera aka Kings of Tomorrow and releases on Defected, Strictly Rhythm and Rebirth Records. His tracks are often supported by many famous names including Marco Carola, Oxia, Groove Armada, Paco Osuna or Sasha & John Digweed. Over the years he shared decks with many important figures on the international music scene. The most important are Loco Dice, Nic Fanciulli, Guti, Guy Gerber, Ten Walls, Black Coffee, Ilario Alicante, Pete Tong, including back2back sets with Oxia, Nick Curly and Dennis Ferrer. For years he has been performing regularly in top clubs in Poland. He also visited many European cities like Birmingham, Manchester, Vilnius, Kaunas, Vienna, Prague, Frankfurt or Moscow. He has performed at one of the most important event in Europe: Off Week in Barcelona and at Polish festivals such as Open'er and Audioriver. Simon Mattson is an artist characterized by the flexibility of playing and dynamic, groovy rhythms. In his remixes he combines the elements of house and techno. In Poland, he was a resident DJ of well-known clubs in Warsaw, such as Piekarnia and 1500m2. Currently he is holding a residency at Smolna Club in Warsaw.
