  • John Morrow - Member of pioneering drum & bass outfits Foul Play and 4 Horsemen of the Apocalypse. Currently recording solo as Skeleton Army.
Skeleton Army is an alias of UK-based DJ and producer John Morrow, who began making music in the early nineties as a member of Moving Shadow trio Foul Play alongside Steve Bradshaw and Steve Gurley. The pioneering drum & bass outfit released a slew of influential and much-loved tracks, but are probably best known for their remix of Omni Trio's 'Renegade Snares', now considered a genre defining classic. After two Foul Play albums Morrow branched out from drum & bass and embarked on a number of solo projects, most notably a string of vinyl-only releases on electro/breaks label Cellar Door as Johnny Halo. In 2013 Morrow started recording as Skeleton Army and delivered debut single 'Albie Your Friend', a garage flavoured house cut that scored a Traxsource top 10 for 'Something Different Records'. Incorporating elements from his early influences Morrow's recent output has been diverse, with releases on a number of well respected labels including ALiVE, Different Attitudes and Assembly. In 2018 Morrow and lifelong friend and electronic music veteran Darran Juzyk launched multi-genre record label Killer Smile with Skeleton Army's Catchy Schisms EP.
