- Stijn is a producer, live performer and dj, combining leftfield, acid house, raw disco and world influence. His productions have been released on labels like Kitjen, Bordello a Parigi and XXX.Within his dj-sets Stijn brings a taste for obscure tracks, abusing them to fit a heavy club vibe. His productions are a search for inspiring musical concepts and sounds. The music references multiple inspirations: from African and Asian music, classical minimal composers and acid house to early sci-fi soundeffects and 80's sample packs. In Stijn's live-shows he brings together instruments, found during travels, with 80's drum computers, tape loops and acid synths. Blending his productions with self-made kalimba’s and mantra boxes, his live-sets are as danceable as they are experimental.
