- About StipeStipe's first contact with a DJ booth happened while he was staying in Australia, where he had his first success at Sydney's "Sugar Reef Club" which was influence by Drum'n Bass. Still it was upon his return to native Germany that his DJ career seriously kicked off. After returning from Down Under, he started organizing his own events resulting in the DJ-Project “Vanilla Chinchillla“, together with his DJ colleagues Robert Dietz, Christian Feigl and Sebastian Werle, in various Clubs in Frankfurt am Main. The next big step happened when Stipé became a resident at Frankfurt’s international Club “Monza“. This was a great opportunity for Stipé’s DJ skills to emerge, while sharing the booth with artists like Ricardo Villalobos, M.A.N.D.Y. or DJ T. In 2007 Stipé met Sis, another artist that would have a positive impact on his career (Stipé is part of the Cocolino Crew). Connecting musically, the two would later collaborate on the 1st release from Mitu Recordings. Mitu was founded by Stipé in 2009 and supported by friends and artists like SIS, Marko Roca, Volkan Akin and Sercan. Mitu is all about hot, cutting edge music and setting up a fresh attitude towards the dance scene. Mitu's first releases have received massive support from such heavyweights as Audio Werner and Ricardo Villalobos. Currently, Stipé is very busy running Mitu, producing his tracks (his releases have received great praise from dance music heavy weights like Carl Cox – who chose one of Stipé ́s releases for one of his known Ibiza compilations) and sharing his passion for dance music as a DJ and live performer with crowds at some of the hottest clubs in Berlin and a little all over Europe. In 2014 Stipé is going strong. After releasing his debut solo EP “Clean Games” on Mitu in a wave of critical acclaim , massive support from the DJ elite and a warm acceptance by the public (the EP went no.1 on Decks.de charts), the Berlin-based producer is working hard on future gems. Besides the production activities Stipé is currently one of the official residents of the cult Berlin club Club Der Visionaere, founded by legendary DJs R. Villallobos, Zip and Richie Hawtin. Laying back and relaxing is never on Stipé ś agenda so expect new music very soon.
