  • One half of 90's house outfit SundayClub with legendary producer Marc Mitchell, signed to Stress. Now working on his own original productions and playing in various clubs such as Warung - Brazil and Space - Ibiza.
    Hailing from Jersey in the Channel Islands, Stuart King is no stranger to the nightlife scene. DJing for over 17 years and a producing music for 10 years has lead him to work with many produces and has developed a trademark sound. He is best known as one half of the "Sunday Club" who released some cult epic house records in the mid ninetys through Stress Records. With singles such as "Paladien Dawn" and "Healing Dream" having a major impact on the progressive trance scene. Stuart has many releases under his belt, remixed the likes of Jean Michel Jarre, Way Out West, Sunscreem including Brothers In Rhythm for labels such as Sony, Spundae, D.M.C and Platipus to name a few. Recently Stuart has just embarked on some solo remixes for, Source Of Gravity and A-loud Records....look out for them in 2008. His Djing skills have taken him around the globe, with Summer residencies at "Privilege" and "Space" in Ibiza playing for "Slinky" and "Most Wanted". This led onto his gigs in Brasil at the infamous "Warung Club". UK clubs have included Sankeys- Manchester, The Cross- London (RIP!), and european dates in citys such as Prague, Bratislava including a residency in Tenerife. Over the years he has been luckley enough to play along side some of the great DJ's that populate our scene, those jocks include the likes of John Digweed,Max Graham,Danny Howells,Dave Seamen,Quivver and Anthony Pappa to name but a few. Stuart spent the winter months of 07/08 hidden away in the London studio producing a hand full of tracks with the grammy nominated producer Andy Chatterly of Skylark/Edison fame. Their new single "Irreversible" is up for release mid April on Andys brand new "Alphabeta".All tracks available through Beatport.com. Also in circulation is a huge Jody Wisternoff remix of Stuarts track "Carribean Flue" which has been getting some serious attention worldwide by select djs....it should be seeing the light of day early 2009. Stuart also promotes with his club night "AUDIO" with upcoming guests Behrouz,Jody Wisternoff & Andy Chatterley.Past guests include Chris Lake, Jimmy Van M, Max Graham, Quivver, James Talk and Jody Wisternoff.He has recently recorded mix's for Jody Wisternoffs "Way Out There" show on Proton radio,Warung Waves and CLoud 9 and can be downloaded or listened to via his page. He also runs a records label with fellow dj Paul Mack called Ninebyfive Music. The first release "Sink Or Swim" is available now on Beatport with support from Nick Warren,Jaytech and Neil Quigley and includes a storming Emjae remix.
