- Obsessed with what techno can offer as more minimalist, Subismo is a thirst for abstract musical textures and pythonic rhythms, his productions and DJ sets carry a monogamous and versatile identity.Thirsty for new musical textures that go beyond genres, Douglas Nascimento, the name behind the SUBISMO project, brings a creative sound identity that mixes the minimalist and progressive content of techno, dub and his variants, always in searching for a modern and authenticate sound identity. Deejay since 2013, and influenced mainly by the sound of Berlin and Detroit, became a junkie in music collecting and a passionate by the underground night of São Paulo, collecting passages for a lot of clubs and parties in his city, which gave him a vast experience and felling of like running a dance floor. At the moment he has organized his own party an label (Ritmopeia), prioritizing to spread the local artists and to add cultural content for his region His current and future releases already have support from artists like Renato Cohen, Ney Faustini, Daniel UM, Benjamin Sallum, Andrey Djackonda, Candi Cox, Maria Goetz, Marcio S, Mari Herzer, Amanda Chang, Mauricio UM, Paulo Foltz, Kika Lopes, Gezender, Vivi An, Solemn, among others.
