- We Are Energized are an electronic band from the North of England. Members are Ellie Whitlock, Paul Deighton, Matt Vessey and Paul Atkinson. Currently releasing records on Mighty Moog Records in the UK.Paul Deighton got together in January 2016 with Bass player Matt Vessey and Electronics wizard Paul Atkinson to form the band We Are Energized. Now the band have teamed up with lead vocalist Ellie Whitlock, combining live bass, guitars and more importantly, writing and performing their own songs. Paul is a former Ministry of Sound resident DJ. Matt also an accomplished Dj himself, brings with him years of experience on live bass and as a former member of the successful group This Gigantic World, Matt is no stranger to the stage. Acko has been spinning vinyl since the dawn of time. His passion for electronic music production steers the ship on it's course with an array of firmly nailed down electronic beats and percussion.
