- Xenon has been a resident at Kiel's Luna (Club) for over 15 years now. He is a co-founder of the legendary SWEAT! parties and a recent addition to the Empore Label Night, an event featuring DJs and producers related to the Empore Label from Kiel.Xenon's musical career started when he became an indispensable part of the Groove Complex parties that took place in Kiel between the years 1999 and 2004. Due to his experiences he advanced to become one of the two founders (together with Till von Sein) of the cherished SWEAT! parties that have been his residency at Kiel's one and only Luna Club for over ten years now. Recently, he became a part of the promising EMPORE LABELNIGHT at the same venue. Mixing Disco, House, Techno and actual Electro records, Xenon is one of the most experienced DJs of the North-German region at the Baltic Sea. Furthermore, he is one of the genuine pioneers of Kiel city's regular club-sound parties, who, while being prospective, never ignores the historical roots of the musical styles he selects from. As a producer he teamed up with Hamburg's Deo&Z-Man to release 12“es on 3rd Wave and Kammer-Musik. As a DJ he played at Hamburg's Golden Pudel Club and Baalsaal, Berlin's Cookies and several Open-Air festivals in Germany. Xenon's pure fascination for Rap and TripHop music in his younger days broadened when he had listened to Post-Punk and New Wave retrospectively as a young adult. Above all, Chicago House and Detroit Techno with all its references to Disco, Soul and Funk and Jazz music enjoyed his favour and his passionate musical journey had begun.
