- Yo Montero is a french artist born in 1984 in the south of France. He started younger to play as resident in different clubs in France, developing his love for electronic music. In 2009, he formed a duo with Ian Cris and played with artists like Kiki, Robert Babicz, Kiko, Re:Axis, Nico Grubert, Olivier Giacomotto...in clubs like Morlox (Berlin/GER), Bukowski (Heilbronn/GER), Pagoa (Oiartzun/SP), OPA (Paris/FR), La Villa Rouge (Montpellier/FR), Sala Tunk (Irun/SP), BT59 (Bordeaux/FR), S-Kandalo (Bordeaux/FR)... During 2 years, they also released different EP's and remixes on different labels like Code2records, Monocline, Aquavit, Tao-Dan, WTR,... Their EP "Wet Call" (with remixes by Re:Axis and Miss Sunshine) on Monocline records (PTG) received support from Maetrik, Miro Pajic, Tony Rohr, Franco Bianco, DVS1, Kane Roth, Franck Valat, Alexx Wolfe, Someone Else and more... He started the year 2013 signing few tracks and remixes on Nulabel, Frucht, Qilla Records, Konstrukt, Sui Generiz... He released some Ep with his french friend Juliett on Divided, Hex and Frucht raising interesting feedbacks. His B-Afraid remix for Adam Schock on Creepy Finger received big support from lot of artists and have been played by Marco Carola at Blue Marlin (Dubaï), Terry Whyte, Miro Pajic... Yo also released an original track "Do Not disturbe" on the berliner label Wall Music. He's working now on new projects with labels like Monocline, Creepy Finger, regulary presenting his works on quality podcast series like Reaktor, Greenbox, Syncforward, Krad...
