- With over 10 years of crafting sound under his belt, Toronto native YUG is emerging as one of the most in demand producers. With international and commercial credentials YUG has created house hits for labels such as Ministry of Sound, Spinnin Records,..YUG’s reach doesn’t stop there, he has also collaborated with many notable names in today’s electronic music landscape including Ian Carey, Hatiras, The Soul Providers and SoundBluntz. Further to that, many of his productions are supported by leading international DJs such as Deep Dish, Roger Sanchez, Pete Tong, Judge Jules, and many more. His recent track “I Need Your Love”, was licensed to the hugely successful “Canada’s Finest House” released in the summer of 2008 by Hi-Bias, and past release “You Don’t Really Love Me” appeared on numerous Ministry of Sound compilations worldwide, and “Soul Soothing Sunshine” appeared on a Carlsberg campaign, licensed to over 25 compilations worldwide, and was signed by Spinnin Records in the Netherlands. His collective releases have sold over 250,000 units internationally. Diving back into the studio as of late, YUG has been quietly working away at creating a new series of upfront quality house music that will surely impress.
