- Music i.e. mixing is a fusion of different genres, sounds, variations and themes of tracks. It is a combination of a vibrant clubbing atmosphere and elements of house, techno and other electronic music subgenresZoran Pešut, known by his stage name Zopester, was born in 1979 in Croatia. He started showing interest in music from an early age. He got his start and first experience with electronic music in 1996 after listening to the pioneers of the genre in ex-Yugoslav countries, Noise Destruction, a DJ duo from Novi Sad. Their performance and approach to music got him interested in the groove. Beginning as a simple fan and a clubber and having listened to all the established names of the domestic and international DJ scene, he started exploring mixing and finding his groove. It was the golden age of clubbing. He made his first DJ appearance in the local underground scene, performing in the intimate atmosphere of small local venues. At that time, he started performing at domestic festivals including Dramatika (Koprivnica, Croatia), Nasipavanje (Zagreb, Croatia), Hartera (Rijeka, Croatia) and EMAC (Rijeka, Croatia) as well as appearing in the club scene of the neighbouring countries. His Mix CD Transmission was released in 2011 by a German record label Vi Tva Records followed by some notable DJ performances in F Club (Zagreb, Croatia), Club Crkva (Rijeka, Croatia), The End Club (Novi Sad, Serbia), Aquarium (Sombor, Serbia) and at other events such as the EMAC Festival official after party (following DJ Hollen) and Hartera Festival after party (following Kevin Over and Re.You). During his DJ career, he has played with many domestic DJs including Petar Dundov, Marko Nastic, Marko Vukovic, Mr DJ Dario, Pacco&Rudy, DJ Ogi, Virgin Helena, Marina Karamarko, Work The Floor Crew, Alex Monster, Someone Else, etc. Music i.e. mixing is a fusion of different genres, sounds, variations and themes of tracks. It is a combination of a vibrant clubbing atmosphere and elements of house, techno and other electronic music subgenres with a strong and distinctive groove and bass lines.
